Fair enough, except that it's impossible to exit the frame of reference entirely. We exist now, and anything existing before us is still anchored to our frame of reference "now".

That's like saying that we can only count to zero, and anything lower than zero does not exist. Or a better analogy might be the concept of "imaginary numbers" (I love that term). They aren't entirely imaginary, they just don't fit well into real world math, so we call them imaginary, when the concept is a perfectly valid and real one that can be validated with any calculator.
