What I'm Doing To Cling to Physical and Mental Health
- Freeweights for chest, upper back, arms, and shoulders
- Universal machines for legs
- Swimming, 8-24 laps in 20-meter pool (breast stroke only due to rotator cuff injury)
- Running, 1-2 circumnavigations of St. James's Park
- Occasional 16-24 minute hill climbs on the cross-country medieval torture device habitrail (when I can't be arsed to go outside)

- Retiring at 8pm and sleeping for 12 hours
